    When having issues with my VW who do I go to for help? VW. So to be told they cannot help with a known issue is pretty upsetting. In addition I now have to go to a different dealership to deal with the issues of my car. Totally unhelpful and plain rude staff in the service department. I quote “it works the way it works” is not a good enough reason to dismiss my concerns of my vehicle.

    I am sorry that you do not like the way the universal charger works in the vehicle. I hope you find another dealer that can better satisfy your needs.

    Price gouging! Went in for my 30K Service appointment and was charged for 4 hours of labor @ $182.50 per hour. Upon closer review of my invoice I realized it showed my check-in time was 13:10 and my check-out time was 15:34, a total of 2.24 hours. When I was checking in, the Service Advisor was having trouble getting her computer to work and then couldn't find my history for the car only to discover that one of the numbers on the VIN had been transposed. so it actually took 20 minutes before the vehicle was even brought into the garage. My question is how is it possible that your own records showed that my entire time there was two hours yet you billed me for 4 hours of labor??? To me this constitutes fraud and I'm wondering if the District Attorney's office was to audit all your records if they would discover a pattern here. The way I see it, you owe me a refund of $365. I hope to hear from you soon to have this matter resolve?
