Customer service and service to my car was truly amazing. Adam is a dedicated professional with a laser focus and ensuring the customer is taken care of. I don’t know how it works in the car service business, but immediately promote ahead of his peers and anytime you think about giving him a pizza party, you give him a raise instead.

The service I received was amazing. I came in and notified Ken of the issue I was having. He realized the problem was something under warranty. I was offered a car to drive, so that the repair did not interrupt my commute to work and school. Within less than 24-48 hours my issue was fixed and I was notified my car was ready for pickup by text. I let them know I work nights and would more than likely be asleep if they called. I told them I prefer text messages and they listened. That is very rare. I appreciate everything Hudson Valley Volkswagen was able to do for me and my car. I will be coming back, because of their amazing customer service.
