I would like to let you know how wonderful and accommodating Natalie in the service department is. She is so personable and helpful. She even managed to have a smile on her face when I showed up just as they were closing for the day (Sorry Natalie). She did not rush me out and explained everything that was done to my vehicle. While I live 60 miles away, it's worth the trip to feel so welcomed at a dealership and have a great overall customer experience. This also includes the sales department.
